Limited Two-Year Warranty
WOLFF bike frames are warranted for life.
All other components, including electronic components (motor, battery), are warranted for two (2) years with unlimited mileage from the date of purchase and must be free from defects in materials and workmanship as explained below.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original owner (“Owner”) and is not transferable.
This warranty covers only bicycles and bicycle components purchased through an authorized WOLFF dealer and is only valid in the country in which the bicycle was originally purchased.
WOLFF Warranty Support
WOLFF will repair or replace all parts that exhibit a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Any part replaced under this warranty will be replaced with parts of identical or similar design.
However, WOLFF reserves the right to replace defective parts with other parts of different design manufactured by WOLFF provided that such replacement does not diminish the original design function and operation.
Owner’s Responsibility
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
This warranty is void if the electric vehicle is damaged or has been abused in any way.
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by accident, misuse, modification or neglect of the fork, frame or components.
The owner must exercise reasonable care and use, perform preventive maintenance, and store and lubricate according to the user guide, climate and other relevant factors. If a product defect should occur, transportation of the bicycle or parts to and from an authorized WOLFF dealer for warranty repair (during the applicable warranty period) is the responsibility of the owner.
Neither the material warranty nor the manufacturing warranty covers damage or defects if: a bicycle has been used, assembled, handled, maintained, or overloaded contrary to product specifications; a bicycle has been reassembled, repaired or modified by personnel not authorized by WOLFF; a component has been misused, has suffered physical damage for a cause other than normal use, has been subjected to fire, flood, accidental breakage, inappropriate actions of third persons or any event beyond WOLFF’s control; the frame number or service label of the bicycle has been erased, damaged, modified, tampered with or is not clearly identifiable. This warranty is the only warranty offered by WOLFF and no employee, agent or dealer of WOLFF is authorized to make any other warranty on behalf of WOLFF.
Filing a Warranty Claim
The owner must, at his own expense, deliver, mail or ship to the place of purchase the damaged part, including a photo of the defective part, a description of the defect, the original sales receipt and this limited warranty statement as proof of warranty coverage.
The owner must transport the bicycle or any parts to and from authorized WOLFF dealers for warranty repair of parts, at his own expense.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

WOLFF shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential special damages, including loss of profits. There is no extended warranty other than that provided herein. This extended warranty may be modified only by WOLFF.
If any part of this warranty is not in accordance with local law, it shall be deemed severable from the rest of this warranty, which shall remain enforceable and shall be construed as closely as possible to what is written above or as minimally required by such local laws.
